Banarasi silk saris
are probably the most beautiful sarees of India and have their origin in the Mughal dynasty.
Typical of this rich and precious fabric is the finely woven base material made of pure silk, richly decorated with gold-colored intricately woven ornaments of metallised yarn.
Often, additional embroidery or decorative stones and pearls are applied.
The hand-woven material looks very majestic and is traditionally used for wedding saris and bride's dowry.
Our sari "Akhila" is made of wonderful red-blue-violet iridescent silk with gold-coloured paisley and lotus flower motifs. Numerous applied rhinestones provide additional glamorous shimmer - a truly luxurious piece of clothing in which you can bring out your beauty and femininity on a special occasion!
The package includes one saree and one blousepiece (piece of matching fabric), pictured on the product photo, from which you can sew a personalized blouse.
